Common questions

Do you give financial or tax advice?

No. We don't hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and don't provide financial product, tax or legal advice. Those come from the licensed or registered professionals you engage.

Do I have to use the advisers you introduce?

No. You're free to use your own advisers; we can coordinate with them too.

Do you receive referral fees?

If we receive or may receive a referral fee, we will disclose it before you accept the referral.

Can you work with our advisers in China?

Yes, by arrangement. We can coordinate bilingually with your advisers in China.

Service boundary: Private client coordination is provided by Alvinwin Group Pty Ltd under the New Pathway Group brand. Property services are provided by New Pathway Real Estate Pty Ltd. Accounting, legal, financial and lending advice is provided independently by the relevant licensed or registered professional.
