Who this policy covers
This website (the "Site") is published under the public-facing brand "New Pathway Group (NPG)" and is operated by Alvinwin Group Pty Ltd (ACN 632 465 957 / ABN 66 632 465 957), which collects initial enquiries submitted through this Site. Where your enquiry relates to a service delivered by a different entity — such as property services delivered by New Pathway Real Estate Pty Ltd (ABN 14 160 906 712), or by Mercury Institute of Victoria, AusLabourBank, or an independent licensed professional — we will explain who will receive your information and why, and obtain your consent before sharing it.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our contact form: name, email address, enquiry type, message content, and — if you choose to provide them — a phone number and/or WeChat ID.
- If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, the message content and the contact identifier you use. These are third-party platforms operated independently of us; their own privacy terms apply to data held on their systems, and we do not control them.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and site performance purposes.
- We use cookie-free, server-side analytics to understand page visits and general traffic sources. If you submit an enquiry, the landing page, referring domain and campaign parameters from your current visit will be submitted with the form so we can understand how the enquiry reached us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or coordination service you requested.
- With your informed consent, to refer your enquiry to an appropriately licensed or registered third-party professional (such as a MARA-registered migration agent, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, or TGA consultant) where relevant.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Where another provider needs to handle your enquiry, we will identify that provider, explain the purpose of the referral and obtain your consent before sharing your enquiry details. This may include Mercury Institute of Victoria, AusLabourBank, a licensed migration agent or a TGA consultant, depending on what you have asked us to coordinate.
External resources
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers, and your IP address and browser details are visible to Google, whose own privacy terms apply to that connection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are processed and stored via Netlify, our website hosting provider. Data may be stored on servers located outside Australia as part of standard hosting infrastructure.
